Refund/Return/Exchange/Cancellation Policy
ALL sales are FINAL. Due to the nature of our products being handmade, we do not accept exchanges, returns, cancellations or refunds. Please make sure you double check your order and shipping address before checking out as we cannot make any changes after your order has been placed. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. These policies are also stated under each product description in bold lettering.
Damages and issues
It is up to the customer to please inspect your order upon arrival. Customers have 10 days to contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and accommodate you as best as we can. If product becomes damaged after use, we are no longer responsible. We appreciate our customers very much and strive to give you the best customer service as possible.
