Shipping and Processing Policy

Our current turnaround time is different for all products. Please make sure to read under product description for the accurate turnaround time. Please allow 3-5 business days for you order to arrive once shipped. 

PLEASE NOTE: Potential delays may happen especially during the holidays. Delays are completely out of our control so please be patient with us. 

Standard first class shipping DOES NOT include package security, which means USPS or Cute.Zo designs is not responsible for "lost" or "stolen" packages. 

International Shipping

We are currently not offering international shipping due to high shipping prices. 

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status of your package. Please allow 48 business hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7-10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact your local post office for an update. They will be able to best provide your with more information on your package.
